Job Description

Maintain ASA-provided database and liaise with ASA for registrations.

Responsibilities

  1. To collect and record annual ASA registration.
  2. To record all registered members names, addresses, D.O.B etc. for applicable categories using the ASA's provided database.
  3. To issue ASA registration cards to ASA registered members for applicable categories.
  4. Submit ASA registration forms to the ASA.
  5. To promote the ASA Medical Declaration Policy.
  6. To follow and promote the ASA Child Protection Policy.
  7. To adhere to the TWHST Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Commitment

Ongoing, approximately 20 minutes per week.
